the Steamed or Flash Fried Dumplings are served as groupings of 3 or 4 pieces with Broth or Sambal, or in more complex Sampler formats, focused on protein categories, Vegetarian, Fish, Shellfish or Meat combination, always assorted and served with a number of sauces, again, with some, more traditionally Asian than others.
